- APARTMENTS AND SHOPS ON DEFFERED PAYMENT
From 12.02.2009 to 12.04.2009 Company Metron Ltd. offers individual schedule for deferred payment of your apartment or shop. See more - The apartments are delivered in the following stage of completeness:
1. COMMON PARTS – All parts are completely finished; Supplied with lighting fixtures; Mounted main switchboard and supplied with electricity; Supplied with water and connected with system of sewers; mounted electric bell wiring and intercom installation; The external walls with thermal insulation, outside the building is puttied and completed according to the project; Roof wooden construction, covered with aluminum sheets and thermal insulation of the final plate; Vertical planning – pavements completed, Mounted lifts.
2. APARTMENTS – bedrooms, a lounge, living rooms – puttied and plastered, under parquet and cement coating, completed terraces, Performed electricity installation with apartment switchboard without sockets and switches; Performed horizontal and vertical water supply and sewers system network with mounted water meters and without mounted reinforcement bars, opportunity for cable TV, Mounted aluminum doors and windows; Internal doors of natural veneer - mounted; Built gas installation with gas boiler (without radiators); Heating system in each apartment.
3. CELLAR – Cement coating on the floor, coated walls and ceilings, mounted door with combination lock.
4. The entire construction shall be made by materials and quality corresponding to the Bulgarian State Standard.
